Sosushi is a unique and extravagant sushi bar designed by UAU in the city centre of Turin in Italy. Sosushi is the first sushi franchising network in Italy. It prides itself on its design credentials as well as its food.
The brand Sosushi had to meet requirements of turning a small old stationery store into a destination venue. UAU has been successful in maximizing the limited space offering each intersection of materials by using shelves, benches and cubbies. This has helped prevent dead areas within the scheme.
Made of clean cut shapes emphasized by matt white finish and furniture details colored magenta. Though perhaps overworked, the scheme has inherent harmony and does go a long way to capturing the qualities of the brand.
