1. Never Sick Again. Is it cool the sound of this human diet's title? I got this from a guys in NIOSH forum email. To be truth I found it quite useful and start to implement it on my daily diet.
2. Lot's of people use small folding treadmill to get fitted and healthy, and some of the people run and jog early in the morning. Best thing about treadmill is you can do the exercise indoor and without much battling with your inner defense mechanism like "Go sleep, the bed is so warm, jog is only for losers". Anyway, both has some significant to our body, but without proper food diet, the efforts will just go to the vain. So use the diagram correctly and pretty much the chance of you to get sick will be lessen. :D
